Update Property Contacts Prior to the 2024 Annual Property Certification Reporting Process

The Office of Housing (OH) is employing a secure SharePoint site for properties to populate their Annual Property Certification report and upload all supplemental documents for the 2024 reporting period. OH has gathered and reviewed an updated contact list for each property based on last year's contact list. This comprises all staff members and vendors who previously required access to your property’s specific SharePoint folder. We aim to start distributing links to your property's SharePoint folders by mid-December.

If you believe there are inaccuracies in our contact list, please let us know. Situations at your property that may necessitate this could include:

  • Your property is newly established and hasn't submitted an annual property certification previously.
  • There has been a change in property ownership or management.
  • Staff changes have occurred that are not linked to a general email account.

If your property has undergone any of these changes or you want to confirm we have the most relevant contacts for this process, please email us at OFH_IncentiveCompliance@seattle.gov. Be sure to provide the building, staff names, and associated email addresses of those who will require SharePoint access.
