2025 Sponsorships - Launch Dates/Time

We are launching a new process for securing 2025 sponsorships! Instead of our in-person holiday social event for sign-ups, you can complete all your purchases online. These products are first come, first serve and will likely sell out fast. Make sure you review the budget guide before logging in on opening day. Sponsorships will be listed under products on the WMFHA website and will be available for purchase on the following dates, and at the following times:

Tuesday, December 10 - 12PM -Advocacy and Marketing Sponsorships

Wednesday, December 11 - 12PM - Education Sponsorships

Thursday, December 12 - 12PM - Event Sponsorships

2025 Membership Dues

The 2025 dues structure, shown above, was approved by the WMFHA Board of Directors at their meeting on July 18th, 2024, after a careful and thorough local dues structure review process completed by the WMFHA Dues Task Force. The task force, which consisted of PM professionals and suppliers, took into consideration several important factors that influenced their recommended increases for 2025, including (but not limited to):

1) An increase to NAA’s due’s structure, set to take place in 2026 (WMFHA pays a per unit fee to NAA based on the number of units we report).

2) Our current, and anticipated, political and legislative environment at the local and statewide levels.

3) Current inflationary trends.

Your renewal invoice will include a voluntary PAC contribution.  While this is an optional donation, these funds are critical to our advocacy efforts on the State and local levels. We appreciate your support!
