We're still high on the success of EdCon 2025 and feel fortunate to have had over 2,100 industry professionals gather at the Seattle Convention Center’s Summit Building on March 13th for this one-day event.
We not only had our largest attendance to date but also our largest trade show, with 167 industry experts showcasing their goods and services.

EdCon 2025 was nothing short of unforgettable! As Chair of the EdCon Committee and an attendee, I had the thrill of experiencing the event from all angles—leading, learning, and connecting. The moment the doors swung open; the buzz was electric.
The exhibitor floor felt like a playground of innovation, where ideas flew, deals blossomed, and friendships were formed and rekindled over shared visions.

WOW, Washington Multi-Family Housing Association, you seriously knocked it out of the park with this year's conference! Everything was next-level fantastic, and I am beyond grateful to have been part of EdCon 2025, sharing my obsession(yes, obsession!) for multifamily with your incredible attendees. Every single detail was thoughtfully executed and perfectly aligned—from the wonderfully curated Speakers Lounge (Jason Loughridge, those bunnies and flowers were absolute perfection!) to the jaw-dropping SURVIVOR-themed keynote session. Every breakout room was packed to the walls with eager professionals soaking up the knowledge—talk about inspiring!
And let's pause to appreciate the delicious food and stunning venue; it was like a perfectly orchestrated masterpiece of hospitality and learning. In my more than 15 years as a National Speaker, I've spoken at and attended hundreds of conferences. The 2025 WMFHA EdCon rivals the best of the best—even giving Apartmentalize a run for its money! This conference will be at the top of my list of "must-attend" meetings from now on.
And let me say—the audiences? Phenomenal. They didn’t just show up and zone out; they were fully engaged, asking questions, leaning in, and bringing incredible energy to every session. During one of my sessions with Kara Rice, we discussed creating a sense of community for today's renters. We ran about five minutes over—and 90% of the room stayed seated and dialed in, even though it was right before lunch! That kind of participation tells me everything I need to know: WMFHA members are truly invested in learning as much as they can while they’re at EdCon, and as a speaker, that means the world to us.
I’m already counting down the days until we can come together and do this all over again. Huge thanks for your warm hospitality, infectious energy, and relentless commitment to making multifamily shine brighter every year—you all are the real deal!
