WMFHA is looking for established property management professionals with a passion for sharing their knowledge, experience, keys to success and even lessons learned from failure.  Mentors for our Emerging Leaders Program will be paired with a members of the 2025 Emerging Leader cohort and will have monthly touch bases in a variety of methods.  This year-long relationship-building opportunity will be an enriching experience for both the mentor and the participant.

  • For property management mentors: Regional Manager title or higher
  • For supplier partner mentors: A Manager title or higher
  • Commitment for 12 months
  • Commitment of at least one touch base a month with your mentee (in person or virtually)
