EdCon Brings Connection and Business for WMFHA Suppliers!
EdCon 2025 Was Best Yet!
Over 2100 property management professionals gathered at Seattle Convention Center on March 13th for EdCon 2025, WMFHA's education conference and tradeshow! This year, EdCon boasted not only our largest attendance to date, but our largest trade show, with 167 companies exhibiting.
"We are always looking for ways to enhance the EdCon experience, so we made some enhancements this year for our exhibitors. We introduced a simplified process in the EdCon app for exhibitors to purchase and select their booth. Additionally, we continue to streamline our communication channels to ensure you stay informed and supported throughout the entire process, utilizing videos, emails, and a dedicated EdCon Exhibitor page on our website. We’re dedicated to making your participation as smooth, seamless, and successful as possible. - Tricia Johnson, Sr. Director of Marketing and Events, WMFHA
The tagline for EdCon is Learn, Connect, Grow, and if you were there, you could literally FEEL that happening. Property management professionals at every level were building their professional network, learning from industry leaders in the informative sessions and finding business solutions with the diverse representation of companies on the trade show floor!
Here are some first hand experiences from WMFHA members who exhibited at EdCon.
EdCon2025 will always be special for me, as it was our company's first trade show as well as the first multifamily event I have attended with my son. From seeing his eyes widen at the grandiosity of the venue, to hearing the excitement in his voice as he asked about attending the classes next year, I know it will be a milestone in his journey. When I asked him what stood out the most to him, he said when our client partners that recognized him from the field and made it a point to come over and introduce themselves, it went a long way!

2025 EdCon Co-Chair
EdCon 2025 was an unforgettable experience! Serving as both Co-Chair and Exhibitor, I had the incredible opportunity to be at the heart of the action—leading, engaging, and delivering value to an audience eager for growth. From the moment the doors opened, the energy was electric. Our team connected with existing customers, new prospects, and industry leaders, all eager to share insights and explore solutions that drive success. The exhibitor floor buzzed with excitement as we showcased innovative offerings, exchanged ideas, and built relationships that will continue long after the event. Beyond the booth, EdCon’s high-impact sessions provided attendees with actionable takeaways, industry trends, and forward-thinking strategies. The power of networking was undeniable, as conversations turned into meaningful collaborations and knowledge-sharing fueled professional growth. EdCon wasn’t just another event—it was a game-changer. The perfect mix of education, engagement, and energy, leaving us all inspired and ready to take on new challenges. Can’t wait for next year! And to add, I'm very excited about next year's Keynote speaker, Brad Evans!

I really enjoyed EdCon as an attendee this year. This allowed me to connect with fellow suppliers, build relationships and learn more about them while introducing myself and my company.
I also enjoyed expanding relationships with fellow Supplier Council members like Ann Hart, & David Anderson. The caliber of humans associated with this industry is unmatched. I snapped this photo of wall-to-wall people in front of the Schwab Property Services Booth.

Being a classroom sponsor was such a joy this year. The energy in the room was amazing! You can feel how excited everyone was to be there and listen to the speakers.
It was a great experience and can’t wait for next year!
