 WMFHA members have access to three different rooms at the WMFHA offices, located in Renton. Spacious, comfortable and conveniently located with plenty of parking for your guests.  Our spaces are vibrant, professional and a great place to gather!

Terms of Use

We ask our members to agree to the following when being guests in our spaces
  • WMFHA room rentals are a member benefit and only available to WMFHA members in good standing
  • Rooms are available on a first come basis AFTER  WMFHA-hosted trainings and meetings are scheduled
  • Sponsor/Vendor presentations must be WMFHA members as well
  • All occupants will follow common ethics & etiquette 
  • All occupants will observe and comply with WMFHA's anti-trust statement (posted in each room)
  • No use of non-reserved rooms during your rental period
  • The room needs to be cleaned after use and back in the original condition 
  • Rooms are available from 8:00am to 4:00pm unless other arrangements are made
  • Damages will be assessed to the renter
  • All printing and photo copying needs to be done prior to arrival
  • Room rental is not confirmed until payment is received
