Information for NAAEI credential holders
Candidate Resources:
Digital Credential Badges:
Did you claim your digital credential badge? Share and celebrate your accomplishment with your network by adding a badge to your email signature and through social media! You should have received an email from ProExam Vault (check your spam if you missed it) with your digital badge. If you don't see that email, contact NAAEI for assistance.
To insert your digital badge into your email signature, please click on either Outlook or Gmail to receive instructions. Certificate and wallet cards are available to print from the BadgeCert site.
Credential Program Extension Information:
Credential candidates who will not complete the course requirements by their candidacy deadline can apply for an extension by completing and submitting the NAAEI Extension Form to education@naahq.org. All extension applications will be verified by either the local apartment association or the course administrator. NAAEI staff will contact candidates regarding the status of an extension. Payment of the extension fee will be arranged after the extension is approved.

Continuing Education Credits (CECs):
A continuing education credit is one contact hour or 60 minutes of educational programming or instruction (breaks and meals excluded).
