Western Washington: Annual dues are a $325 base fee + $3.25 per unit.

Eastern Washington (property is in Central or Eastern Washington):  Annual dues are $205 base fee +$2.25 per unit.  

Southwest Washington (property is in SW Washington/Clark County): Annual dues are $100 base fee + $1.25 per unit.
