Organization Overview
Pointe3 Real Estate, Seattle Rental Group, and Seattle Apartment Finders are a trio of brands who have been serving the Pacific Northwest rental and real estate market for nearly 20 years. We began as one of the first rental finding/relocation services in the Seattle area, helping major companies like Cartus Relocation, Microsoft, and Starbucks relocate their employees.
We then launched SeattleRentals.com, a vacancy advertising website that quickly grew to be one of the top local sources for renters seeking housing in Western WA. Simultaneously our team was busy utilizing the same award-winning customer service approach to grow Pointe3 into a successful full service real estate brokerage, dedicated to providing clients with a superior real estate experience.
In the fall of 2015, we merged with highly respected local apartment finding service Seattle Apartment Finders. This merger rounded out our service offerings and provided us with more opportunities to offer clients our unmatched expertise and service.
