EdCon App:
WMFHA uses an app to help all exhibitors and attendees navigate the day.
In the app, you can find:
- Session Schedule
- Exhibitor map
- Exhibitor profiles
- Speaker profiles
The primary contact for each exhibitor can add a company logo and description and booth workers and their contact information. The more robust your exhibitor profile, the greater the chance you have of driving traffic to your booth.
Exhibitor Attendees:
All booth workers must be added to the EdCon 2025 app. Each booth includes the following number of attendees:
- Standard & Premium 10x10 - 2
- Standard & Premium Double - 4
- Entrance Premium Double - 4
- Presenting Sponsor - 6
To enter the names of the booth workers included with your booth. Please navigate to Managers & Tickets on the left hand side of the Exhibitor portal in the EdCon 2025 app and fill out the profile details.
To add additional booth attendees, you must first purchase "Exhibitor - Extra Attendee" tickets (click here). Once purchased, we will add them to the app.
As we get closer to the event, all additional booth attendees will receive an invitation to the EdCon app.
If your main point of contact for your booth won't attend EdCon but is a Marketing individual assisting with logistics or profile set-up, please let Tricia or Hannah know at least one week before the event. We can remove them from the app once the profile has been set up, and they will not be charged as an attendee.
