The Summit building is at 900 Pine Street, just over a block away from Arch.
The main pedestrian entrance is on the corner of 9th Avenue and Pine Street, and the drop-off location is on 9th Avenue between Pine Street and Olive Way (private/rideshare and bus).There are many ways to get here:
Drive and Park at the Center
The Arch parking garages are conveniently located just off Interstate 5 and can accommodate approximately 1,490 vehicles. We offer daily and monthly parking at the Arch Garage, which is attached to SCC Arch, and Freeway Park, which is adjacent. Summit's parking garage can accommodate a few hundred vehicles, and is available for daily parking.

Link Light Rail
Sound Transit's Link light rail makes trips from Angle Lake Station to the Northgate station through downtown Seattle, making 16 stops along the way, including downtown Seattle and SEA Airport. Trains arrive every 8 to 15 minutes, depending on the time of day, and take about 40 minutes to travel between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and Westlake Station in downtown Seattle.

- Prerequisites: You must have completed the Supplier Success course and worked in the apartment industry for at least 12 months in a supplier role.
- Completion Requires: Four required courses (totalling 26 hours) and meeting all examination requirements within 6 months of declaring candidacy.
- Candidacy Period: 6 months
- Exam: 100 questions; 2 hours; $60 retake fee
- Renewal: Annual fee $100; 4 Continuing Education Credits; $50 reinstatement fee

- Rent collection, lease renewal, the move-out process, lease termination, and eviction
- Property management systems and their functions
- How community managers create a positive fair housing environment
- Minimizing risk through inspections, preventative maintenance, safety programs, and documentation

- Analyzing property financial operations and underperformance
- Monitoring property performance to achieve an owner's investment goals
- Maximizing net operating income
