As the Director of Sales at Multi Family Interiors, I oversee and mentor a dedicated team of 16 sales representatives across four states, focusing on delivering superior flooring solutions to multifamily properties. My approach is centered around expertise in subfloors, ensuring that every installation is built on a solid foundation to maximize product longevity. Prior to my current role, I gained valuable leadership experience in positions such as Corporate Compliance Manager, where I developed and delivered compliance training programs, and as a Quick Lane and Service Manager in the automotive industry, where I optimized team productivity and maintained high customer satisfaction. My military background as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps instilled strong leadership, strategy, and problem-solving skills, which continue to guide my professional path.
