Chad Neilson

I have been in working as a carpet cleaning and water restoration supplier in the multi-family industry for 31 years; with 28 years in the Greater Puget Sound Region, and three years in Las Vegas, NV. I worked for Venturi Restoration from 1994-2012, leaving as the General Manager of Operations in Seattle. I then began One Way Carpet Cleaning and Restoration with one van and one employee in 2012. Twelve short years later, One Way now has 17 work vehicles and 30 employees. I left One Way at the end of 2023, and I took a long overdue sabbatical. In March 2024, I accepted the Seattle Regional Manager position for ATI Restoration, LLC; starting in April 2024.

ATI Restoration is a nationwide company with over 70 locations across the country, with our corporate office being located in Anaheim, CA. As the Regional Manager for ATI in the Greater Seattle Area, my role is to oversee every aspect of our mitigation, environmental, health care, and construction departments.
