Organization Overview
HUB International is a leading insurance brokerage formed in 1998 that provides a broad array of property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, and risk management services throughout the U.S. and Canada. The company is now ranked 5th largest insurance brokerage in the world with over 12,000 employees. The NW division of HUB International is based in Bothell WA and encompasses twenty-two offices in WA, OR, ID and AK. Within our commercial business offerings are five industry verticals for which we have dedicated teams of specialists. One industry vertical is that of providing insurance and risk management solutions to Real Estate Owners with a specific focus on Habitational and Apartment holdings.
HUB's unique value proposition centers around developing industry specialists because it allows us to leverage our size and clout in a dynamic marketplace in efforts to yield best of class results for our real estate clients - including bottom line premiums along with coverage terms and conditions.
For apartment owners specifically, HUB can and will hone in on many key areas of focus including complex contract and lease review & compliance, insurance to value for buildings in a robust construction market, water loss prevention, catastrophic earthquake insurance placement in the PNW, and navigation of the hardening property market and rising rates.
