Why would a property manager need your services?

It is very important to understand all of the communication levels required to be an effective emergency mitigation service supplier to the multifamily industry. We have developed an approach that takes the number of communication levels into consideration. We utilize a software data management system that allows us to create an "organization file" and then associate properties, people and jobs all in one subfolder under the "organization file". It allows us to stay organized while communicating with the multiple layers the multifamily world represents.

Diversity in all of its ways! From the melting pot of people to the array of weather patterns and geographic differences, we love everything about our home state!

Can you share something fun or interesting about you or your company that people might not know or expect?

Being that I was raised by a father that owned a management company in this multifamily market, my family and I were on the cover of both For Rent and Apartment Guide in the mid-1980s.
