New Career Development Manager

Jason has been in the multi-family industry for over 20 years. After numerous on-site positions, he found his true passion in training and development. He has worked for multiple management companies including BH Management, GRE Management and Weidner Apartment Homes. He also served as the Director of Career Development for the Apartment Association of Tarrant County in Ft Worth, TX. He has been active at WMFHA since moving to the Seattle area in 2013 where he has served on the career development committee and is a former board member. He has also received his Advanced Instructor Training Certification from the National Apartment Association.

In his free time Jason enjoys playing tennis and is working on improving his pickle ball game. He is also very involved in his local LGBTQ Pride committee in the White Center neighborhood of which he is a co-founder and former president.

Jason has long enjoyed serving as a volunteer with WMFHA and is excited to come on board as a team member to continue the great work the organization is doing for the multi-family operators and vendors of Washington.
