Another Successful Corks, Forks & Brews

Last month, we held another fun and Corks, Forks & Brews, this year in Liberty Lake. We had the privilege and honor of hosting a few community partners and elected officials at this event. State Representative Leonard Christian, who is running for State Senate in District 4, retiring State Senator Mike Padden and Spokane City Councilmember Jonathan Bingle. We were also joined by Jake Mayson, Government Affairs Director for Greater Spokane Incorporated and Tyler Wolters, Executive Director for the Idaho Apartment Association. These partnerships are critical to put faces to our industry and to better advocate for policies that will help multifamily housing and your ability to operate.

We hope you got a chance to mingle with these folks, but if not, don’t worry! Your Advocacy Team is working hard to include elected officials at our events so our members can share direct experiences, and so elected officials can better understand our issues.
