Through a partnership with Momentum Professional Strategy Partners, WMFHA has developed an executive leadership learning lab series! Members will learn and engage in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) best practices through facilitated training.

This course will be made available to one participant from each member company to join with their peers in an interactive learning experience to drive meaningful results.

Each candidate will be required to attend all three equity and inclusion courses to be held in 2022. The curriculum will include all candidates’ points of view, perspectives, and shared experiences. This opportunity will be limited to less than 40 members.

In this workshop, participants will learn why diversity is integral to any successful organization and how to operationalize their commitments to diversity and inclusion.

Barriers to Inclusive Organizational Culture

As organizations move towards integrating diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility into their internal company processes, there also must be an analysis and awareness of how organizational norms may be preventing all team members from contributing to their fullest potential. In this workshop, participants will identify barriers to inclusion and develop interventions to change organizational culture.

Leading with an Equity Lens

In this workshop, participants will learn about the equity lens, which is a framework for decision-making that centers on equity and inclusion. They will also develop the skills to use an equity lens in their work.
