Sheri Druckman

Sheri brings over 25 years of multifamily experience to Sares Regis Group. She is responsible for overseeing the execution of the strategic business plan for scaling SRG Residential's management platform. Ms. Druckman previously served as Director of Real Estate at Greystar achieving optimum performance results by successfully implementing comprehensive programs, initiatives, and strategies. Sheri has expertise in managing portfolios including stabilized, major rehabilitation and new construction projects. Prior to Greystar, Ms. Druckman held Senior Management roles with Security Properties, Simpson Property Group and Trammell Crow Residential Services, executing due diligence, underwriting, acquisition, and dispositions. Sheri is the recipient of the NAA 2020 Excellence Award for Outstanding Service to an Affiliate and the WMFHA 2014 Portfolio Manager of the Year Emerald Award. She serves as Past President on the Washington Multifamily Housing Association Board of Directors and as Vice Chair for Partnership for Affordable Housing. Ms. Druckman is a member of the NAA Legislative & Regulatory Committee, Affordable Housing Committee and WMFHA Government Affairs Committee. She holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, CAPS, designation and is an NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate. Sheri maintains a Real Estate Broker license for the State of Washington.
