2023 Membership Dues
Information on dues and the transition to 'CALENDAR YEAR RENEWALS'
On behalf of our Board of Directors and leadership team – we thank you for your continued partnership through membership. With over 303,000 units in membership state-wide, WMFHA continues to be Washington’s trusted community partner and foremost rental housing resource.
As we approach our TWENTIETH year as an affiliate of the National Apartment Association, you have our commitment to continue to:
- Advocate for balanced legislation that supports our industry and the community
- Provide educational opportunities that promote career development
- Connect and celebrate multi-family professionals
To better serve you, we will be transitioning from an “anniversary” to a “calendar year” renewal process. Starting in 2024, all WMFHA membership renewals will be due in January. This provides streamlined budgeting for you and your team.
What this means:
- For those renewing in November and December 2022
- You will pay a prorated (more than full year) invoice that renews your membership THROUGH 2023
- You will receive your 2024 dues renewal in December 2023, due January 1, 2024
- For those renewing January through September 2023:
- If you renew in January nothing will change for you
- If you renew in February through September, you will pay a prorated dues (less than full year) renewal for 2023
- You will receive your 2024 dues renewal in December 2023, due January 1, 2024
- For those renewing in October 2023
- You will pay a prorated dues renewal (more than full year) that will pay your dues THROUGH December of 2024.
- You will receive your 2025 dues renewal in December 2024, due January 1, 2025
