WFHA Hosts Spokane Tenant Protection Roundtable

WMFHA staff and GAC member Mack Mayo, Paine Hamblen LLP, recently hosted a Spokane Tenant Protections Roundtable to educate members on the tenant protections passed in 2023 and the disjointed implementation by the city. Although in effect since mid-2023, some principal parts of the required programs have yet to be developed. The roundtable was intended to educate members on what is in place now, what we expect and to solicit feedback from property managers on the ground in Spokane dealing with these regulatory hurdles every day.×Close
