Mark Sims, Founder and CEO - Fikes

Mark is the CEO & Founder of Fikes headquartered right here in WA State serving clients all throughout the Western US.

In addition to Mark’s leadership role at Fikes he also holds several board positions in various other companies where he provides coaching and support to fellow owners/leaders helping everyone develop personally and professionally.

Mark is currently a principal investor with two other entrepreneurs and longtime friends who formed Working Knowledge a decade ago.

Mark, his wife Susie and sons Brayden and Ryder are also supporters of various charities locally and internationally. He is a business graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman where he was a standout Division 1 Football Defensive-men for 3 years.
