Brandon joined Executive Vice Presidents Dylan Simon and Jerrid Anderson’s multifamily brokerage team, who represents apartment investors and developers in the purchase and sale of apartment buildings and development land ranging from $1M to more than $100M. Growing up in the Seattle area, he is able to streamline his relationships, network, and overall understanding of the Puget Sound multifamily market to provide personal connections and resourceful opportunities to his clients. He has two years of business development experience in the Seattle CRE field and specializes in market research, business development, off-market acquisitions, and lead generation.
