Rob Pendleton

Rob currently serves as a Regional Sales Director for HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, a leading industrial distribution company, providing a broad range of maintenance and repair products and services to professional customers in the multifamily industry. Rob has been employed with HD Supply for over 13 years and has over 20 years of experience working as a supplier and partner to the multifamily industry in the Seattle market. For the last 8 years, Rob has been a committee member of the Maintenance Mania Event co-sponsored by the National Apartment Association and the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association. Rob is a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest and earned a Business Degree from Central Washington University. Rob holds the Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) designation from the National Apartment Association.
