Customer service is and has always been my focus! I pride myself on being very attentive, understanding and results oriented. Prior to working in the mechanical industry - I managed apartment communities in the Greater Seattle area. I have been in the mechanical industry for 8+ years and have worked closely with many customers to ensure they have all their needs met. My primary goal is to partner with our customers to ensure their project is just what they wished for! My foundation is mechanical customer service, HVAC and plumbing contract management, HVAC preventative maintenance and HVAC and Plumbing repair sales.
