Chinnell Davis

Before her time at Housing Connector, Chinnell co-managed a coding non-profit, connecting experts in the tech industry to under-resourced schools and providing classes and internships to high schoolers from non-traditional backgrounds. She cultivated a community of over 200 volunteer educators, facilitated expansion to San Francisco and Chicago, and is still witnessing the success of her now alumni network.

Chinnell has spent a decade volunteering with local non-profit organizations focused on environmental stewardship and servicing under-represented communities. This includes helping roll out the Sierra Club’s equity and justice training to incorporate bottom-up organizing and prioritization of goals created by local community groups.
