WMFHA Team in Eastern Washington

Last week, part of the WMFHA team popped over to Spokane to meet with the Executive Council and to celebrate the holidays at the Giving Gala, benefitting Vanessa Behan. It was a productive trip consisting of planning for next year and a very successful Gala, as well as a Day on the Hill pitch.  

Unfortunately, Olympia isn’t the easiest drive for all our members, but it is so important that we have representation from all parts of the state. We are only able to meet with legislators if an attendee has a work or home address in their district. Those meetings not only help us frame policy, but they also serve as a reminder to legislators who we are and what we as voters working in the multifamily housing industry need them working on.
