Click and Lease 30 day notice update (Recent Cares Act Court Decision)

The NAA Click & Lease Program for Washington was updated on January 25, 2023 to include the following changes to your lease forms. The Release Notes, which are accessible when logged into your NAA Click & Lease Program, include copies of these upcoming forms.  

Should you have any questions about these changes, please contact NAA. As always, we recommend you and your local legal counsel review all new and/or updated forms before implementing them into your leasing operations.

New Forms:

1. 30 Day Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate the Premises (Conventional Housing)
1. New form added in accordance with state law.
2. 30 Day Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate the Premises (Public Housing)
1. New form added in accordance with state law.
3. 30 Day Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate the Premises (Section 8 Housing)
1. New form added in accordance with state law.
4. 30 Day Notice to Pay Rent or Vacate the Premises (Tax Credit)

New form added in accordance with state law.
