Leadership Lyceum
A year-long multifamily leadership development program.

The WMFHA Leadership Lyceum is a year-long leadership development program that focuses on the essential elements of successful leaders. It is designed to identify, inform, inspire and empower new and emerging apartment industry leaders.
Leadership Lyceum candidates are nominated by the WMFHA Board of Directors and active committee members.
Lyceum Program Includes:
- Education sessions focused on association history and operations, civic awareness and advocacy, leadership development, social responsibility, and community partnerships
- Meet and greets with industry mentors and government leaders
- Admission to the Washington Apartment Outlook
- Admission to the Holiday Giving Gala
*Leadership Lyceum enrollment is by recommendation and referral only.
