Target Audience For This Class: Community Managers, First time budget writers, Those looking for better understanding of building a budget, new regional/multi-site supervisors, maintenance supervisors who are involved in the budget process.

Our first session will focus on the fundamentals of prepping for your budget, understanding terminology and some basic math skills to get your started. These are the building blocks for building a great budget.
