Fair Housing Friday - April 2019
Fair Housing and hoarding!
WMFHA's Monthly Fair Housing Friday!
Fair Housing is an important business practice and it is crucial that our associates are always up to date on Fair Housing laws, new legislation and anticipated changes.
Fair Housing should be considered in our sales and leasing practices, marketing strategies, maintenance and even observed by our supplier partners when on our communities and interacting with our residents and prospective residents.
April's focus: Fair Housing and Hoarding
Hoarding is a wide-reaching problem in multifamily housing today, with an estimated 47,000 apartment dwellers in the state of Washington affected by the disorder.
