What in the world is MFTE?! The Multi-Family Tax Exemption program is just one of a few affordable housing programs that the Seattle Office of Housing offers to increase affordable housing within Seattle. 

As affordable housing programs continue to grow, the importance of understanding Seattle’s MFTE and other affordable housing programs has never been more significant! Whether you’re new to Seattle’s affordable housing programs, have a desire to understand the program better, or need a refresher, this webinar is here to support!
