Jason Moore

Originally from the East Coast Jason has over 20+ years of industry experience spanning both coasts of the United States. In 2013 Jason relocated to Pacific Northwest and has made Seattle his home ever since.

In 2019 Jason joined Thrive Communities as Regional Manager primarily servicing the CBD and Cap Hill Market. In his time with Thrive Communities he has had experience with the East Side from Kirkland to Renton, however his focus remains Seattle with a passion for the challenging legislative and legal landscape the market provides.

In his tenure with Thrive Jason has served as a core member of Thrive’s EPRAP/Covid Response Team (Three Member), that developed strategy, shaped policy, and procedures during the time of Covid up to and through today. Jason is also an active leader in Thrive’s GROW and Regional Manager Development program, Mentor for WMFHA Emerging Leaders program where he works to develop our next team of industry wide leaders.

As Director of Revenue and Asset Management Jason directs and ensures that all of Thrives’ 22,000+ units are equitability positioned in their respective market and submarket for optimal financial performance based on the current market conditions. Additionally, Jason oversees Regional managers, areas of corporate compliance, and resident legislative and legal responsibilities for Thrive Communities.

Jason and his wife Samantha reside in the Greenwood area of Seattle where she operates her own business as a jeweler and metalsmith. In their spare time they love to take weekend trips around the Pacific Northwest, collect vinyl records, bowl, golf and tend to their gardens at home.
