Greg Cerbana

Greg Cerbana has been in the Residential Property Management Industry for over 30 years after first starting as a Leasing Agent at a 750-unit apartment community just south of Seattle, Washington. Since that time, Greg has worked for a national REIT, a regional third-party management firm, and is currently employed by a private real estate company that is recognized as the 14th largest owner and manager of multi-family apartments in the United States. He has progressed in his career from onsite positions, to regional management to now having overall responsibility to direct the Public Relations department and head up the Government Affairs efforts for Weidner Apartment Homes. He is a member of the Board of Directors of both the National Apartment Association (NAA) as well as its Education Institute (NAAEI) and currently serves as the Region 7 RVP. Greg is a graduate of the 2016 cohort of NAA’s Leadership Lyceum, and helped launch NAA’s presence in the state of WA as a founding board member and past president of the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) and has been engaged in their efforts to influence legislation at the local as well as state level for our industry. He’s active in his local Rotary club as a Paul Harris Fellow, a graduate of Seattle University earning his undergraduate degree in Business Management, been married to his college sweetheart Sloane for 31 years, raised four great kids that still like him, and is an avid fan of the Seattle Seahawks.
