I began my multifamily career in 2012. I have experience in creating comprehensive financial and operational reports for property owners, overseeing financial reviews, conducting detailed market and competitor analyses, creating operational properties and procedures and monitoring associate and asset compliance accordingly, implementing new technologies to build operational efficiencies, completing asset audits and inspections, tracking legislative initiatives affecting managed multifamily assets, supporting business development efforts, managing events, and hiring, training, and coaching associates. Prior to joining Avenue5, I served in property and portfolio leadership roles for Greystar and Thrive Communities.
