Brett Stevens

Brett is the Vice President of CONAM management in the Pacific Northwest Region. Prior to joining CONAM Brett was with Fairfield Residential Company LLC serving as Vice President working in the Washington State and Texas markets. Prior to joining Fairfield Residential, Brett spent time with Holland Residential, Essex Property Trust and spent nine years as the Director of Asset Management for Senior Housing Assistance Group. Brett earned the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation in 2015, and earned the CPM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management®. Mr. Stevens holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
