Kari Anderson

Kari Anderson is responsible for property and asset management operations for the Gibson Anderson Real Estate Group and is a licensed Washington State Real Estate Broker. Ms. Anderson began her Property Management career in 1984 with Trammell Crow Residential Services where she was responsible for the training and marketing efforts for Washington and Oregon. Joining Equity Residential in 1994 to open the PNW territory, Equity Residential grew to over 15,000 apartments in the northwest during her tenure and she was promoted to Area Vice President. In 2006, Kari Anderson joined Investco Management Services overseeing development and implementation of marketing and management plans, capital improvement projects, and the annual budget process for the apartment portfolio. Ms. Anderson was the founding President of the Washington Chapter of the National Apartment Association in 2003 and in 2009 she is once again serving as President.

Greg Cerbana

Gregory Cerbana has been with Weidner Apartment Homes for over three years as a Regional Director with property oversight responsibilities throughout the Puget Sound region, as well as Eastern Washington. Weidner was founded in 1977, and is a multi-faceted real estate investment and management company, with properties located in Alaska, Texas, Colorado, Canada and Washington. Before coming to Weidner, Mr. Cerbana worked in the fee management world with the Allied Group, as well as serving 10 years with Equity Residential Properties prior to that. He is a founding Board Member of the Washington Multi Family Housing Association, is the 2009 Vice President of the association, and serves on the Government Affairs Committee. Greg is a 1992 graduate of Seattle University having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

Jay Olson

Jay Olson oversees the management of ConAm’s northwest regional operations that encompass a portfolio of 26 apartment communities (approx. 4000 units) throughout the greater Puget Sound area. Mr. Olson began his real estate career in 1991 with Evans Withycombe, a privately held apartment developer and management company based in Phoenix, Arizona and was promoted to vice president when Evans Withycombe went public as a REIT in 1995, merging with Equity Residential in 1997. Prior to joining ConAm in 2005, he was a vice president for Fairfield Development and Greystar Management. In those capacities, he was responsible for multi-family real estate in New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada, and northern and southern California. Mr. Olson holds real estate broker’s licenses in both Washington and Arizona and is member of the board of directors for the Washington Apartment Association. |

Tracy's Aha! moment happened in a Reno casino, but not while trying to make a million bucks at a blackjack table. In the midst of an intense three-day brainstorming workshop, she took note when multifamily managers described making homemade fliers and form letters, or ordering expensive boxes of printed collateral, to get marketing messages to residents and prospects. Tracy's idea to relieve this pain point, a website filled with guerrilla-style, in-the-trenches marketing campaigns, launched Beyond Wine & Cheese Marketing in 2004.
