Educational Opportunities
Washington Multi Family Housing Association offers nationally designated education programs created and governed by the National Apartment Association. These courses are known for their rigorous and comprehensive curriculum. In addition, WMFHA provides an ongoing series of training programs on industry related topics.
Membership Meetings/Idea Exchange
WMFHA holds several meetings per year for members with programs on a variety of timely, industry-related topics. At these meetings, members can ask questions, offer suggestions, and obtain support and coaching. The meetings also offer an opportunity to meet and get to know other professionals in the industry and share information helpful in the daily operation of your rental properties.
Lease Program
In conjunction with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and Bluemoon software, we are able to provide a convenient online lease program unique to Washington state law. These leases are trusted and respected by the Washington state judicial system, and can be used as an effective legal tool. The NAA lease forms software consists of the following forms: a Rental Application; a Lease Contract; an Inventory and Condition Form; an Animal Addendum; a Mold Addendum and a Federally Required Lead Hazard Information form.

Associate/Trade Member Benefits
WMFHA membership is an essential part of being successful as a vendor or supplier in the multifamily housing industry. We represent over 55 management companies encompassing over 74,000 apartment homes. Many of these owners and companies will only do business with WMFHA associate members.
Membership entitles you to list your company and services in our online Buyers' Guide, in WMFHA's Member Directory and in our magazine, Amenities, which is distributed four times annually to all members.
Other Benefits
WMFHA Members are automatically members of the National Apartment Association and will receive all NAA benefits including their award winning monthly Units magazine.
Your apartment community must be a member of an NAA local and state affiliate in order to purchase the Bluemoon lease software.
